To get to the underground parking garage you will drive from I-35 down Jefferson street toward the river. As the crossing streets reduce in number from 5th street, to 4th, to 3rd, to 2nd street. As soon as you cross 2nd street you will see a shiny silver building on the corner which has a large 33 E. Second Street address.

Just as you get passed that building, you will see the Blue Premier Health Center parking garage arch entrance. As long as it is before 5pm, you wave your hand in front of the red light and it will turn green and give you a parking ticket, the gate will raise and let you enter.

We will get the ticket validated for free parking. Go to the elevator in the center of the parking garage. It will take you to the first floor. Walk straight ahead when the doors open and you will drive at Gem City Jewelry.
